We ship across the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, write to us and we'll quote a price.

Delivery time

Orders usually arrive within 3 working days inside the EU. Once dispatched, you'll get an email with a tracking link.

Delivery costs

€5 shared per cart for boxes of 3 or 4. Free delivery on a box of 8. Individual figurines: €5 shared, same as a box of 3.

Damaged in transit

If your figurine arrives damaged, take a photo and email us within 7 days. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an unpainted figurine in its original condition. Once a figurine has been painted, it counts as a custom good and is non-refundable - see our refund policy for details.
