14-day return window

Under EU consumer law, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to return an unpainted, unused figurine in its original packaging for a full refund.

Painted figurines are non-refundable

Once a figurine has been painted - by you, at an event, or anywhere else - it is considered a custom good and falls outside the EU 14-day withdrawal right. We cannot issue refunds for painted items.

How to request a refund

Email contact@tiny-studio.bg with your order number and the reason. We'll reply within 2 working days with a return label.

Refund timing

Once we receive the returned item, refunds are issued within 14 days to the original payment method.

Event bookings

Park edition (free / by donation) bookings can be cancelled any time at no cost. Paid event tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before the event; less than 48 hours, we credit the amount to a future booking.
