Events
Do I need any experience to join an event?
Not at all. We guide complete beginners and experienced painters equally. If you can hold a brush, you're ready.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely - many of our guests do. It's a friendly, sociable event and a great way to meet people.
Can I bring my kids?
Yes - kids are welcome with a parent or guardian throughout the session.
What if it rains?
Park editions move indoors to a partner café. We email the new location 2 hours before.
What's the cancellation policy?
Life happens. Let us know at least 24 hours before and we'll move your spot to the following Saturday.
Figurines
Which figurines are available at free events?
Free park events use a selected rotation, not the full catalog. Each event page shows exactly which figurines are available that day.
Are the figurines safe for kids?
Yes - PLA is plant-based and food-contact safe. Our paints are water-based and non-toxic when dry. Adult supervision recommended for under-7s, mostly for the brush hygiene.
How big are the figurines?
Most are 8–12 cm tall, pocket-sized, designed for a 60–120 minute paint session.
Can I request a custom figurine?
For private events, yes - we can print a one-off mini for the guest of honor. Lead time is two weeks.
Shipping & payment
Where do you ship?
EU-wide. Free delivery on a box of 8; €5 shared on smaller orders.
How long does delivery take?
Usually within 3 working days from Sofia.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card via Stripe (coming soon - we'll email you a payment link in the meantime).
Can I get an invoice?
Yes - write to us with your VAT number and billing address.
Private events
How far in advance to book a private event?
Two weeks is comfortable, one week is doable, less than that is case-by-case.
What's the minimum group size?
Social events from 6; corporate from 8; institution case-by-case.
Do you travel outside Sofia?
Yes - for groups of 12+ we can travel inside Bulgaria with a small travel fee. Internationally for larger formats.
