What we collect

When you book or buy: name, email, optional WhatsApp/phone, shipping address (only for purchases), how you heard about us. When you visit: an anonymous view counter on figurine pages (no IP stored), and the cookies you consent to via our cookie banner.

Why we collect it

To deliver the service you booked, to send order confirmations and event reminders, to comply with tax law (invoices), and - only with your consent - to send newsletter emails and run product analytics.

Who we share it with

Supabase (database hosting, EU region), Vercel (web hosting), Brevo (email delivery and contact list), Stripe (payment processing - only when you check out), optionally Google Analytics and PostHog (only with your analytics-cookies consent). We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Booking and order records: 7 years (tax law). Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe. Anonymous view counters: 90 days.

Your rights under GDPR

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to receive it in a portable format. Email contact@tiny-studio.bg and we'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use one necessary cookie for your language preference and one for your cart. Analytics and marketing cookies are only loaded when you accept them via our cookie banner. You can change your mind any time from the 'Cookie settings' link in the footer.
